Problem
You can't see the API Application option in ServiceTitan Settings when trying to integrate with CallRail. This prevents you from getting the required Client ID and Client Secret for the integration.

Workflow Summary
Check your permissions to access API settings. Then, integrate CallRail through the ServiceTitan integration menu
Make sure you have the appropriate permissions
In order to obtain setup options for integrations, make sure you have the following permissions enabled:
Generate API Application Key
Manage API Application Access
If you require these permissions, contact an administrator on your team.
Set up the CallRail integration in ServiceTitan
Go to Settings
in the top toolbar. Go to Integrations > API Application Access.
Locate your Tenant ID. Copy it and provide it to your contact at CallRail.

After CallRail initiates the integration, go back to Settings > Integrations > API Application Access.
Click Connect New App.
Select CallRail from the available options.
Complete the integration setup to get your Client ID and Client Secret.
Provide the Client ID and Client Secret credentials to your contact at CallRail. They will complete the integration setup.
