Review Budget Code Hours
To efficiently keep track of budget hours, revised hours, scheduled hours, and actual hours on the project plan:
Assign budget codes to a sold estimate and import them to the project plan.
Review the different Hours columns mapped onto the project plan:

Budget Hours: The amount of Sold Hours multiplied by the Quantity on the estimate's line items that have budget codes assigned and are imported into the project plan.
Revised Hours: The total budget hours across the estimate and change orders.
Scheduled Hours: The total amount of technician hours, or duration, scheduled across appointments on a job.
Actual Hours: The total amount of timesheet hours assigned to the budget code.
Compare these values to make sure each segment of the project is meeting your preferred timeline.
