Things to know
Before you present estimates to a customer, you can tap Add or Edit to change the image shown on each estimate. From here, you can select an image from your pricebook.

On tablets:
If you leave the Summary field blank, the presentation screen shows an auto-generated bulleted list of item names in the same order as the estimate lines.

Pricebook descriptions keep the rich formatting entered in the office, including bold text and bullet lists, so the details on the tablet match what office employees see.

Media thumbnails and the Full viewer use consistent sources, so photos and videos are more reliable during the pitch.
If you sell an estimate on a completed job, it’s automatically marked as Perform work later. Selling an estimate on a completed job does not trigger financial recalculations on the completed job's invoice. For more on completed-job workflows, see Add estimates, notes, and more to completed jobs in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App.
The names of certain screens, tabs, and so on may be different based on your selection in Menu
> Settings. For more, see Show Residential or Commercial terms in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App.
Step 1: Mark an estimate as Recommended in the Field Mobile App
When you present estimates to customers, they see each estimate, its price, and potential savings if they have a membership with you. You can mark one or more estimates as Recommended, increasing the likelihood that the customer purchases it.
To mark an estimate as Recommended:
Open your job and tap the Estimates tab.
Select Recommend for each estimate you want to mark as Recommended. You can select more than one.

Step 2: Present an estimate in the Field Mobile App
When you're ready, you can present each estimate you've built as a proposal to the customer:
Open your job and tap the Estimates tab.
Tap Present Proposal.
Presentation Mode opens.
If you’re using a smartphone
If you’re using a smartphone, scroll to the side to show each estimate to the customer.

If you’re using a tablet
If you’re using a tablet, up to three estimates are shown at once. You can flip your device to switch between portrait and landscape view, and scroll to show more estimates.
Here’s an example of a portrait view of a proposal on a tablet.

To show an estimate in more detail, tap it to open it. If the customer is ready to move forward, sell the estimate.

Step 3: Sell an estimate in the Field Mobile App
After you present your estimate or estimates as a proposal and confirm the customers' choice, sell the estimate:
Open your job and tap the Estimates tab.
Tap Present Proposal.
After the customer chooses an estimate, tap Accept & Sign Estimate.
Ask the customer to review the Customer Authorization and sign it under Electronic signature.
After they sign, tap to accept their authorization.
Select one of the following options:
Tap Perform work now > Continue if you're going to complete the work now. This adds the items from the estimate to this job's invoice.
Tap Perform work later and then select Continue or Collect Deposit if you're going to leave the job and the work will be completed later. The items from the estimate won't be added to this job's invoice and the office will schedule the work to be completed on a different job.
Coming soon to Field Mobile App Release 19.0: If your office set the job type with a default estimate sold action, the Field Mobile App follows that by automatically selecting Perform work now or Perform work later, based on the office setting.

If you go back to the Estimates tab, the estimate shows when the work is to be performed. If you want to change when the work is performed, tap More
next to the estimate and make a new selection.
Note: You can change when the work is performed until one of the following happens:
The job is marked Complete.
The sold estimate already has items booked onto another job's invoice.
When either of the above happens, a Lock
icon shows next to the estimate, indicating when the work is to be performed and that it cannot be changed.
