Add your existing marketing campaigns to ServiceTitan to track incoming leads, monitor CSR performance, and view marketing data in real time. You can also create Recurring Service SMS campaigns to automatically re-engage past customers.

Add marketing campaigns — create campaigns to track where your leads are coming from
Add campaign categories — organize campaigns into groups for cleaner reporting
Set up and enable Chat — required if you plan to run SMS campaigns
Required permissions
The Can access ServiceTitan Marketing Pro module permission is required to create and manage Recurring Service SMS campaigns. Contact your account administrator to have this enabled.
Caution: To create Recurring Service Campaigns using SMS, you must first set up and enable Chat.
Tip: With campaigns configured and categories set, you can track leads, measure ROI, and monitor performance in real time from your dashboard.
Quick start guide
Add a marketing campaign
Go to the top toolbar and click Settings.
In the side panel, go to Operations > Campaigns and click Add.
Enter the campaign details and click Save.
Set the campaign cost.
Click Save. The campaign is now available to tag to calls and jobs.
Organize campaigns with categories
Go to Settings and select Operations.
Select Campaign Categories, then click Add Category.
Name the category (for example, Digital, Direct Mail, or Referral) and click Save.
Assign your campaigns to categories so reports group data meaningfully.
Monitor performance with Marketing Scorecards
Go to your Dashboard and find the Marketing Scorecards section.
Use the scorecard to track campaign performance at a glance and share real-time data with your team.
Review the Campaign Summary report
Use the Campaign Summary report to analyze leads, booked revenue, and ROI across all your campaigns. See Campaign Summary report template for full details.
Go to Reports and search for Campaign Summary Report.
Apply filters by date range, campaign, or category.
Review and export results as needed.
