Setup
What you need to get started and how it works
Dashboards and scorecards help you to monitor your business in real-time. You can check in on daily sales, spot revenue trends, and see how your team's doing all in one place. With tools like customizable KPIs, heat maps, and leaderboards for technicians and CSRs, you'll have everything you need to make smart decisions fast.
To make use of every module and scorecard on the Modular Dashboard:
Ensure that you update your browser to the latest version of Google Chrome to access all dashboard features. The Dashboard supports Google Chrome version 86 and above.
Make sure your business units are set up and mapped to the proper trades or divisions of your business. Many of the dashboards and scorecards use business units for filtering. You should also map business units to Technician Scorecards.
Confirm that your pricebook items are linked to Income general ledger (GL) accounts and have defined sold hours. This ensures you're tracking revenue from pricebook items properly on the dashboards.
Check that you have job types set up with sold thresholds. The sold threshold setting is used to measure sales and job performance on the dashboards.
Make sure you have call reasons set up to track call booking rates, and add marketing campaigns to show call and booking metrics from your campaigns.
Set up job completion surveys. The technician scorecards include customer satisfaction metrics, which come from the surveys.
Required permissions
The Allow view, share and edit all reports and dashboards permission is required to access the dashboards.

FAQ

Each key performance indicator (KPI) on the Modular Dashboard is calculated differently. Click the Information icon at the top of a scorecard or module to view a scrollable list of the reported KPIs that includes:
Equivalent report template and column of the KPI

Why doesn’t my technician scorecard show any data?
Scorecards show technician key performance indicators (KPIs) based on completed jobs whose business unit (BU) is mapped to that scorecard.
If no BUs are mapped to the scorecard, you see the message, Looks like your scorecards need some setting up. To set up your scorecard, or to include additional BUs, map business units to Technician Scorecards.

If there are no completed jobs to report on, you see the message, No data available due to selected filters. Filter the dashboard for a wider date range or additional BUs.

Why can’t I see all my sales metrics on the Sales scorecard?
The Sales scorecard shows KPIs for sales jobs whose BUs are mapped to the scorecard. If a technician sells estimates on a non-sales job, the KPIs appear on that job BU's scorecard in the Sales tab.
Why aren't membership sales appearing on the dashboard?
For a membership sale to appear on the Modular Dashboard, the membership must be sold or renewed on an invoice. Make sure your membership types are configured with membership sale and renewal tasks in your pricebook. For more, see Create membership types.
