How to View Zero Balance Invoices in the Transaction Hub

Problem

You are unable to view $0 balance invoices in the Transaction Hub.

Solution

  1. On the navigation bar, go to Accounting > Invoices.

  2. On the Invoices screen that opens, click the Filter icon next to the Actions dropdown.

  3. On the Invoice Filters screen that opens, select the Include invoices with no balance option.

  4. Click Apply.
