Overview
The Transaction Hub feature provides you with a centralized location where you can perform your accounting tasks more easily. With Transaction Hub, you can quickly locate your financial transactions, such as invoices, customer payments, and bank deposits, without having to go to each individual job, customer, or location record.
The Transaction Hub is made up of three Accounts Receivable (A/R) modules: Invoices, Customer Payments, and Bank Deposits. Each module is designed to visually help you gain insight into your financial data. Use the tabs in each module to quickly drill down into the details to identify issues and resolve them.

What you need to know about the Transaction Hub
The Invoices module lets you review and manage outstanding invoices based on their aging period. You can also perform actions, such as send payment reminders, print invoices, charge interest, or add to a batch, to individual invoices, or in bulk.
The Customer Payments module helps you locate payments without having to go to the customer profile and search for the invoice. You can use the payment filters to search for payments based on several search filters. You can also collect payment individually or in bulk, process refunds, manage partial payments, and reconcile payments.
The Bank Deposits module lets you batch customer payments and manage bank deposits. You can update the review status for each individual payment or a batch of payments.
