What is the process to integrate CompanyCam with ServiceTitan?

Problem

Users need to integrate CompanyCam with ServiceTitan. They are unsure about the process and whether extra credentials are required.

Solution

Find your Tenant ID

1. Go to Settings in the top toolbar.

2. In the Search field, search for and click on API Application Access. 

3. On the Manage API Application Access screen that opens, your Tenant ID is located in the box labeled Your Tenant ID. 

Generate client credentials

After CompanyCam sets up your integration, you'll need to obtain a Client ID and a Secret Key. Follow the steps to generate a Client ID and Secret Key.
