How can I check if my JB360 Warranties connection is still working?

Problem

You can't see the API integrations page in ServiceTitan Settings. You also want to check to see if the JB360 Warranties connection is still set up properly.

Solution

Make sure you have the appropriate permissions

In order to obtain setup options for integrations, make sure you have the following permissions enabled:

  • Generate API Application Key

  • Manage API Application Access

If you require these permissions, contact an administrator on your team.

Check the JB360 Warranties connection status

  1. Go to Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear. in the top toolbar.

  2. Go to Integrations > API Application Access.

  3. Look for JB360 Warranties connection in the App Name column.

  4. Ensure the Enable Access toggle is still turned on.
