How to integrate incoming calls with ServiceTitan

Problem

Your incoming calls are not recording in ServiceTitan after changing phone providers. You need to add your tracking number back to your ServiceTitan account.

Solution

Use this link to schedule a meeting with the ServiceTitan telecom team.

During this call the Telecom Specialist will discuss the options on how to have your calls tracked.

Once your tracking number is added, all incoming calls to that number will be recorded in ServiceTitan.

Note: If you want to forward calls from your tracking number to another number, you can change the forwarding number in the "Phone Numbers" section of your ServiceTitan account. As long as the call rings to any of your tracking numbers first, it will be recorded in ServiceTitan.
