You can link a recurring service event into a job and invoice directly from the job record in ServiceTitan and ServiceTitan Mobile. This helps indicate that a recurring service event was completed on a specific job.
Link a recurring service event into a job in ServiceTitan
Go to the job record where you want to mark the recurring service event as completed. This is where you can indicate that a recurring service event was completed on a job.
Go to the Recurring Service Events section.
Find the specific event you need to mark as complete.
Click Mark as complete.
Link a recurring service event into a job in ServiceTitan Mobile
This can also be done in ServiceTitan Mobile when the technician is on the job. For more, see Mark a recurring service as complete in ServiceTitan Mobile.
When on the job page, tap History.
Tap Recurring services.
Find the specific event you need to mark as complete.
After selecting the event, click Mark Complete.
