Overview

If you perform membership-related work while you're at a job site, make sure to mark the recurring service as complete. This ensures the office doesn't schedule an extra, unnecessary job for work you've already performed.

Tip: If the video doesn't play in full screen, tap More then Fit Screen .

  • The Field Mobile App is optimized for iOS, iPadOS, and Android phones and tablets. For more, see System requirements and mobile app information.

  • If you're using the Field Mobile App and need support, please contact (through the office) or reach out directly to support@servicetitan.com.

  • The View location record permission is required to see and use all details on the Location Info tab in the Field Mobile App. Please contact the account administrator on your team.

Things to know

  • You can mark any recurring service as complete after you add a membership to the invoice.

  • Recurring service events are individual service visits included with memberships that are automatically scheduled based on recurring service settings in the office.

  • Memberships can include multiple recurring services.

Mark recurring services as complete in the Field Mobile App

  1. Open the job and tap the Location Info tab.

  2. Scroll to the Recurring Services section and tap the applicable service. Overview of HVAC maintenance services with status updates on recurring services.

  3. On the recurring service that opens, tap Mark as completed.
