Mark a recurring service as complete in ServiceTitan Mobile

Overview

While you are at a customer job site, you may have time to perform work related to the customer's membership. By marking a recurring service as complete, you will make sure that the office does not schedule unnecessary work, or work that you have already performed.

Note: You may mark any recurring service as complete as soon as you add a membership to an invoice.

Mark a recurring service as complete

Once the technician Dispatches and Arrives to the job location, they can follow these steps to mark the recurring service event as completed:

  1. Tap History.

  2. Tap Recurring services.

  3. Tap into the applicable service. Recurring services list showing upcoming and past due items with details.

  4. Tap Mark CompleteService details showing upcoming date, frequency, and option to mark complete.

  5. Once you tap Mark Complete, you will see a Done notification at the bottom of the page. To clear this notification, click Hide (located next to Done).
