Overview
While you are at a customer job site, you may have time to perform work related to the customer's membership. By marking a recurring service as complete, you will make sure that the office does not schedule unnecessary work, or work that you have already performed.
Note: You may mark any recurring service as complete as soon as you add a membership to an invoice.
Who uses this feature
Technicians

Mark a recurring service as complete
Once the technician Dispatches and Arrives to the job location, they can follow these steps to mark the recurring service event as completed:
Tap History.
Tap Recurring services.
Tap into the applicable service.

Tap Mark Complete.

Once you tap Mark Complete, you will see a Done notification at the bottom of the page. To clear this notification, click Hide (located next to Done).
