How can I restore photos and videos that were accidentally deleted from a customer account in ServiceTitan?

Problem

A coworker accidentally deleted all photos and videos from a customer's account in ServiceTitan.

Solution

  1. Go to your ServiceTitan Next environment.

  2. Find the customer record with the deleted photos and videos.

  3. In the customer record, go to the Photos & Videos section.

  4. Select all the photos and videos you want to restore.

  5. Click Download Selected to save the files to your computer.

  6. Go back to your live ServiceTitan Go environment.

  7. Find the same customer record.

  8. Go to the Photos & Videos section.

  9. Click Upload.

  10. Select the downloaded files from your computer.

  11. Click Open to upload the files.
