Problem

Photos deleted from ServiceTitan jobs cannot be restored through the system. When deleted, the photos are permanently removed from the job record.

Solution

  1. Contact the technician who originally took the photos.

  2. Ask the technician to check their device for the original photos.

  3. Have the technician re-upload the photos to the job if they still have them.

  4. Check your computer downloads folder if you previously downloaded the photos.

  5. Re-upload any saved photos from your computer to the job.
