Why are invoices in customer records no longer ordered by date, and how can I fix this?

Invoices in Customer Records are not ordered by invoice dates.
Solution
Open any customer record in ServiceTitan.
Go to the Invoices section of the customer record.
Find the Invoice Date column in the Invoices section.
Click the Invoice Date column header.
Look for a small blue arrow to appear next to the column header.
Verify that the invoices are now ordered by date across all customer records.
The top-level account in ServiceTitan representing a property owner or account holder, containing all locations, jobs, and history.
What it does: Serves as the single source of truth for all customer interactions, history, and financial data.
