Why are invoices in customer records no longer ordered by date, and how can I fix this?

Problem

Invoices in customer records are not ordered by invoice dates.

Solution

  1. Open any customer record in ServiceTitan.

  2. Go to the Invoices section of the customer record.

  3. Find the Invoice Date column in the Invoices section.

  4. Click the Invoice Date column header.

  5. Look for a small blue arrow to appear next to the column header.

  6. Verify that the invoices are now ordered by date across all customer records.
