Problem
A ZIP code appears under a customer profile's Zone as Not in Service Area because it was not added to a zone.
Solution
In the top toolbar, click Settings
> Operations > Zones.Find the zone you want to add the ZIP code to. If it does not exist, create a new zone:
To add to an existing zone, click the zone name.
To create a new zone, click Add.
Enter the missing ZIP Code in the designated field:
If adding to an existing field, enter the ZIP code in the Zip Codes field.
If creating a new zone, follow the prompts to name the zone and add the ZIP code.
Save your changes.
By following these steps, you should successfully add the ZIP code to a service zone, removing it from the Not in Service Area status.
