Problem
Technicians need to see more job history for customers in ServiceTitan Mobile.
Solution
Update technician's appointment history access
Go to the top toolbar and click Settings.
In the side panel, go to People > Technicians. The Technicians screen opens.
Click Edit next to the profile you want to update.

On the Edit Technician screen that opens, go to the ServiceTitan Mobile Access section and edit the Appointment History Visibility.

When finished, click Save Changes.
