Problem
ServiceTitan does not allow the addition of new company positions because they are pre-made and used for reporting purposes. However, you can create new roles and assign the new roles to employees and technicians.
Solution
Positions in ServiceTitan are hard-coded and cannot be changed or added to by users. This is because Positions capture the user's responsibilities within your company. Positions are designed to help assign training activities that they are expected to complete.
Instead of creating new Positions, you can create new Roles for your users if needed. Roles help you maintain the right access levels for employees performing similar jobs.
