Problem

The problem is that technicians don't see the Contact Details section on their Job screen in ServiceTitan Mobile.

Solution

For the technician to see the Contact Details section on their Job screen, enable the Customer Record and Location Record permissions.

Enable permissions

  1. Go to Settings > People > Technicians.

  2. Click Edit next to the technician's name. Enable permissions

  3. On the Edit Technician screen, click the Permissions tab.

  4. Enable the View Customer Record and View Location Record permissions.

Enable Mobile Settings

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Mobile.

  2. In the Data Access Options section, ensure Customer Record and Location Record options are enabled.
