How can I change the visibility of upcoming jobs for a technician who is unable to see assigned jobs in ServiceTitan Mobile?

Problem

A technician is unable to see assigned jobs on their mobile app. They can only see dispatched/working appointments.

Solution

By following the provided steps, the technician should be able to see all their assigned jobs on the ServiceTitan mobile app. This adjustment allows for better planning of the day's tasks.

Update technicians' profile settings

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Go to People > Technicians.

  3. Find the technician's profile who is facing the issue. Click Edit.

  4. Under Upcoming Appointment Visibility, you will see that the dispatched/working appointments option is selected.

  5. Change the settings to allow the technician to see all assigned jobs. Select Show all assigned/dispatched/working appointments if you want the technician to see all of their assigned jobs.

  6. Save the changes you made to the technician's profile.

  7. Ask the technician to Sync changes on the ServiceTitan mobile app to see the changes.
