Problem
I need to know who and when changed the customer's status to "Do Not Service".
Solution
Open Audit Trail
Search for and open the customer record for which you want to view changes.
From the left side menu, select Audit Trail.
Tip: Use the date and username filters to narrow your search. For more, see Use the audit trail on customer and location records.
Note: If the change happened within the last 14 days, you can contact ServiceTitan support with the customer's name so we can help you verify the information.
