Problem
I have a duplicate customer profile that I want to merge with the original customer profile.
Solution
Merge duplicate customer records
Go to Settings
> Tools > Merge Customers.In the Customer to Keep field, enter and select the name of the record you're keeping.
In the Customer to Remove field, enter and select the name of the duplicate record.
Tip: Mark the duplicate customer record so you can tell it apart from the record you want to keep.
When finished, click Merge.
The duplicate customer record you removed will no longer appear in the search on the Call Booking screen. Any location records that were attached to it will now be attached to the customer record you kept. For more, see Merge and unmerge duplicate customer and location records.
