How can I disable the option of sending text messages to customers to rate the technicians' performance?

Problem

You want to disable the option that sends text messages to customers for rating technicians but you're unsure how to do so.

Solution

Uncheck survey notification option

1. Go to the top toolbar and click Settings .

2. Click on Communications.

3. Select Customer Notifications.

4. Find the Survey notification option.

5. Uncheck the Survey notification box to stop sending these messages.

Follow these steps, and you will no longer send text messages asking customers to rate your technicians.
