What is the allocation status of the phones assigned to your company?

Problem

You need to check if the phone numbers listed for your company are allocated to you.

Solution

  1. Verify the phone numbers.        

    1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings.

    2. Click Phones or Phones Pro > Phone Numbers.

    3. Under Phone Numbers, look for the phone numbers provided to you.

  2. Test the phone numbers.        

    1. Use a phone not associated with your company.

    2. Call each of the numbers listed.

    3. Confirm they ring through to your company and that the call bubbles are generated in ServiceTitan.

  3. Use the numbers for campaigns.        

    1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings.

    2. Click Phones or Phones Pro > Phone Numbers.

    3. Click Edit to edit the phone number settings.

    4. From the Set Campaign dropdown, select a specific campaign for tracking purposes.
