You cannot directly create an invoice without a total but need to send an invoice to your customer detailing the job.

To create an invoice without a total, add items to the invoice and set the price to $0.

1. Search for and go to the job or project where you need to create an invoice.

2. On the invoice record, add tasks or items to the invoice as required.

3. For each task or item, set the price to $0. This action allows you to list services or products without adding to the total cost.

4. Complete the invoice details, such as customer notes or service agreement details.

5. Save your invoice.
