How can I create a fixed-rate discount?

Problem

Users need to set a fixed discount within 30 days, up to a certain amount. The system does not support a single discount with a variable range.

Set a fixed amount for your discount.

Create a fixed-rate discount

1. In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.

2. In the side panel, select Discounts & Fees.

3. Click Add Discount or Fee to create a new discount.

4. Choose a fixed amount for the discount, for example, set $20, $50, or $100.

5. Name each discount. This helps technicians choose the right one.

6. Save each discount.

7. Train your technicians. Explain how to select the correct discount.

8. Repeat steps 4 to 8 to create multiple discounts. This covers different costs.

Note: You can't create one discount that adjusts from $0 to $1000. You must create separate discounts for each fixed amount.
