Basic Phones - Deleting Call Recordings

Problem

You need to delete a call recording and aren't sure how to do it.

Solution

At this time, you can't delete a call recording through ServiceTitan. Contact Technical Support to request the deletion of the call recording.

Note: The call recording will be removed, but the record of the call will still be available.
