Problem
When dialing out from ServiceTitan, it rings to every phone in the office. This is because one number is set as all of the office numbers.
Solution
This is because one number is set as Office Phone for all the employee profiles.
Check employee settings
Go to the navigation bar and click Settings
.Select People > Employees.
Hover over the employee accounts and click Edit.
Go to the Contact Information section and check their Office Phone number.
If the Office Phone number is the same for all the employees, change the number for each user to their specific phone number.
When finished, click Save.
