Problem
You cannot find the recordings of the outbound calls you made in ServiceTitan.
Solution
Check if the call recording settings are enabled in ServiceTitan:
Go to the navigation bar and click Settings.
In the side menu, click Phones > Call Recordings.
In the Outbound Calls section, click Edit and select Automatically start recording at beginning of call.
Click Save to save the changes.
Note: If you make outbound calls outside of ServiceTitan, the call will not be recorded. To record outbound calls, use the click-to-call feature in ServiceTitan to make the call.
