Problem

Technicians need a checklist for specific tasks like furnace check-ups. The checklist should appear automatically when the task is selected.

Solution

Set up form triggers for services or equipment

  1. In the side panel, click Operations > Forms.

  2. Find the Trigger column on the Forms screen.

  3. Hover over No Trigger in the Trigger column.

  4. Click Add a Trigger when it appears.

  5. Select either Service or Equipment as the trigger type. 

  6. Select the specific service or equipment to link to the form.

  7. Save your changes. For more, see Use form triggers.

  8. Repeat steps 3-7 for any additional forms that need triggers.
