Problem
Technicians need a checklist for specific services like furnace check-ups. The checklist should appear automatically when the service is selected.
Solution
Follow the steps below to solve the issue.
Set up form triggers for services or equipment
In the side panel, click Operations > Forms
Find the Trigger column on the Forms screen.
Hover over No Trigger in the Trigger column.
Click Add a Trigger when it appears.
Select either Service or Equipment as the trigger type.

Select the specific service or equipment to link to the form.
Save your changes. For more, see Use form triggers.
Repeat steps 3-7 for any additional forms that need triggers.
