Problem
Technicians can select the Fill out later option on required forms and still close jobs without completing them.
Solution
Follow the steps below to solve the issue.
Manage form triggers
Go to the top toolbar and click Settings
.In the side panel, click Operations > Forms.
Select a form and in the Trigger column, click Trigger to add additional triggers to a form.
In the Form's Triggers screen, click Edit.
Select the Required option if not already selected.
Select the trigger event for mandatory completion.
Select Must complete the form at the time of trigger.
Save your changes.
Set up completion alerts
Go to the top toolbar and click Settings
.In the side panel, click Integrations > Alerts.
Click Add Alert.
Search for Completed Form in the Type field.
Select the specific form from the dropdown.
Select who should receive the alert.
Save the alert settings.
Prevent automatic form emails
Go to the top toolbar and click Settings
.In the side panel, click Operations > Forms.
Find your form and click Edit.
Uncheck If filled, email to customer automatically upon job completion.
Save your changes.
