How can I send forms for e-signature from the office side in ServiceTitan?

Problem

Office users can't send forms for e-signature directly from ServiceTitan. The options available are View, Print, Email, and Create. The e-sign feature is only available for technicians on-site.

Solution

Use external e-signature platforms

You can use an external e-signature platform, like DocuSign or Adobe Sign:

1. Go to the external platform's website.

2. Create an account or log in.

3. Upload the form you need signed.

4. Follow the platform's instructions to send the form for e-signature.

5. Once the form is signed, download the completed form to your computer.

Upload the signed form to ServiceTitan

1. Go to the job record in ServiceTitan.

2. Go to the History section.

3. Click the Paperclip icon.

4. Or, click the Files tab if it is a PDF form, then click Create. 

5. Find the signed form file on your computer.

6. Select the file and upload it to ServiceTitan.
