What you're seeing
A job was canceled and then rescheduled, and now you can't add the estimate's tasks back to the invoice. The estimate items are locked and marked "The work will not be done on another job".
Why this happens
Reason 1
Canceling the job locks the linked estimate items so they can't be booked.
When a job is canceled, ServiceTitan marks the linked estimate items as "The work will not be done on another job." That status keeps those items from being booked, so even after the job is rescheduled the tasks can't be added back to the invoice until the items are made bookable again.
How to fix it
Note: You need permission to edit jobs and to book estimates. If you don't have it, contact your administrator.
Note: This applies to a job that was canceled and then rescheduled, where the original estimate is still linked to the job.
1Remove the cancellation, then duplicate the estimate
Go to the job you are working on.
Click Job Actions.
Select Remove cancellation. This lets you book the estimate for this job again.
On the job page, find the estimate linked to this job.
Duplicate the estimate. This makes its tasks available to book into a job again.
Book the duplicated estimate's tasks onto the invoice.
✓ Done · The estimate tasks are bookable again and appear on the invoice.
