Problem
You want to add a sold estimate or multiple sold estimates to an invoice without booking a new job. The job has been completed but the invoice has not yet been exported.
Solution
To add a sold estimate to an invoice without booking a new job, you'll need to do two things:
Add the estimate items to the current job's invoice
Book a new job using the sold estimate to remove it from the Follow Up screen and cause a double booking.
Add estimate items to the current job's invoice
Go to the current job in ServiceTitan.
Manually add the tasks from the sold estimate to the invoice on the current job.
Make any necessary changes to the invoice before exporting it.
Export the invoice.
Book a new job using the sold estimate
Search for and go to the sold estimate.
On the estimate screen, click Initiate Booking.
Select the items on the estimate and click Book New Job.
Go to the invoice on the new job and delete the items there.
At the popup asking if this will be performed on another job, click No.
Repeat step 5 for all items on the invoice.
When all items are removed, cancel the job.
Note: The only other way to ensure that the sold estimate is on the invoice would be to create the estimate before booking the job. You can make any changes to the invoice as long as it hasn't been exported.
