The PRAXIS S-10 report cards are custom reports designed to track and visualize contractor performance across key operational metrics. These are tailored to reflect the PRAXIS S-10 success model and are integrated into the ServiceTitan platform under the PRAXIS S-10 Edition.

Key Features of Report Cards:

  • KPI-Driven Reporting: Reports are based on PRAXIS S-10's core KPIs, aligned to their training and coaching systems. Each KPI is mapped to ServiceTitan data through SQL.

  • Category Examples:        

    • Payroll Productivity: % payroll productivity for field, office, and total employees

    • Diagnostic Fees: % of service opportunity and non-opportunity calls with diagnostic fees

    • Call Backs: Call back rates for both opportunity and non-opportunity calls

    • Revenue Metrics: Revenue per marketed lead, per service opportunity, per scheduled service opportunity

    • Conversion & Lead Tracking: Tech set leads, marketed leads installed %, service conversion %

    • Equipment Age Metrics: % of calls identifying older equipment

  • Report Access: Delivered via custom SQL-backed reports within ServiceTitan

Setup

What you need to get started

If you are a PRAXIS S-10 member and want access to these reports:

  1. Go to the PRAXIS-S10 page in the ServiceTitan Marketplace.

  2. Click Get Started.

  3. Fill out the form and click Agree and Submit.

  4. After account information is configured within ServiceTitan, you'll receive an email containing information about the PRAXIS S-10 reports in ServiceTitan, and you'll be able to start creating the PRAXIS-S10 reports.

Before creating any reports, make sure to follow the Setup guides in each section in order to configure your account for the PRAXIS-S10 KPIs to calculate properly.

Payroll Productivity Metrics

The reports included in Payroll Productivity Metrics help you identify whether your company is making or losing money on a daily basis, or over a larger timeframe like weekly, monthly, yearly, and more.

Service Opportunity Manager Metrics

The Service Opportunity Percentage reports help track how often technicians create potential sales opportunities during appointments. The Service Opportunity Installed Conversion Percentage report assesses the effectiveness of converting identified service opportunities into actual installations. The Replacement Revenue Per Service Opportunity reports track the dollar value of revenue generated from replacement work originating from service opportunities.
