Hourly Daily Wage

This is a combination of the KPIs:

  • Hourly Rate * Regular Time

  • Hourly Rate * Overtime

  • Hourly Rate * Double Overtime

  • Salaried Hourly Rate * Regular Time

[Hourly Rate * Regular Time] + [Hourly Rate * Overtime] + [Hourly Rate * Double Overtime] + [Salaried Hourly Rate * Regular Time]

Technician A receives an hourly rate of $20.00 per hour and an overtime rate of $30. He worked 8 hours of regular time and 2 hours of overtime. His hourly daily wage would be [20 * 8] + [30 * 2] = $220.

N/A

Total Wage

This is the sum of the Hourly Daily Wage and any Commissions/Spiffs.

[Hourly Daily Wage + Commissions/Spiffs]

Technician A received an Hourly Daily Wage of $220 and had a commission of $50. The Total Wage would be [220 + 50] = $270.

Revenue Generated

Total performance revenue.

  • Revenue is allocated to the lead technician who performed the work.

  • Revenue will not generate on the line item for the technician who sold the revenue.

  • Revenue will only generate one time for an employee.

  • If the technician receives commissions/spiffs, it will generate on that line item.

  • If the job spreads across multiple days, the revenue will be divided between the number of days.

  • Revenue is not allocated to office employee line items.
