Overview

The Service Opportunity Installed Conversion Percentage report assesses the effectiveness of converting identified service opportunities into actual installations. This report helps measure close rates on service-generated leads and the ability of technicians to drive revenue from identified needs.

 Feature configuration

  • Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.  

Create the report

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Reports

  2. On the Reports screen that opens, click Create Report

  3. In the Choose report type section, select All

  4. In the Select a report template section, select Service Opportunity Installed Conversion Percentage.

  5. In the Columns to be displayed in the report section, leave all the columns selected. Then, click Next

  6. On the following screen, enter the report details:

    1. Enter Service Opportunity Installed Conversion Percentage for the report name

    2. Select Operations from the Category dropdown menu. 

    3. Enter an optional description. This provides a short description of the report in case you have multiple reports with similar names.

    4. Keep the checkbox selected next to Share this report for view/edit with all other users whose permissions allow them to view/edit this type of report.

  7. When finished, click Save.

You only need to create the report once. After creating the report, you can simply run the report from the main Reports screen. 

Run the report

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Reports

  2. In the Search field, enter Service Opportunity Installed Conversion Percentage.

  3. Click on the report card to open it. 

  4. On the Service Opportunity Installed Conversion Percentage screen that opens, set the following filters:

    1. Click the From - To field to set date filters. You can:

      • Use the calendar to select a specific date range and then click Apply.

      • Use the left menu to select a preset date range:

        • Today: From 12:00 AM to the current time.

        • Yesterday: Previous day, from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.

        • This Week: From Monday through Sunday of the current week.

        • Week to Date: From Monday through the current date of the current week.

        • Last 7 Days: Previous seven days, including today.

        • Last 14 Days: Previous 14 days, including today.

        • Last 30 Days: Previous 30 days, including today.

        • Month to Date: From the first of the current month to the current day.

        • Last Month: Entire month before the current month. For example, if the date is February 5, the entire month of January.

        • Last 90 Days: Previous 90 days, including today.

        • This Quarter: Current quarter, including future dates. For example, if the date is April 25, from April 1 - June 30.

        • Last Quarter: Entire quarter before the current quarter. For example, if the date is April 25, from January 1 - March 31.

        • Quarter to Date: From the first day of the current quarter to the current day.

        • Year to Date: From January 1 of the current year to the current day.

        • Last 365 Days: Previous 365 days, including today.

        • Last Year: From January 1 of the previous year to December 31.

    2. From the Business Unit dropdown, select the business units (BUs) you want to report on. By default, the report runs for all BUs.

    3. Use the Technicians dropdown to filter by individual technicians.

  5. When you’re finished, click Run Report

The number of jobs completed for which equipment is present on the customer’s location and the equipment age exceeds the replacement age set in the pricebook for the applicable type, or where the equipment is within 3 years of reaching replacement age AND there is an estimate exceeding $1,000. The total number of installs divided by the total number of opportunities.
