How can my employees access the Next training platform after switching to Enterprise Hub?

Problem

Employees can't log in to the Next training platform. They use the wrong website for login. They try go.servicetitan.com instead of enterprise-hub-next.servicetitan.com.

Solution

Follow the steps below to access the Next training platform in Enterprise Hub.

Access Enterprise Hub Next

  1. Open a web browser.

  2. Enter enterprise-hub-next.servicetitan.com.

  3. Press Enter on your keyboard.

  4. On the login page, enter your Enterprise Hub credentials.

  5. Click Log In.

  6. Verify access to the training platform.
