Problem
The Angi Leads Integration page in ServiceTitan keeps refreshing. It fails to load properly. This occurs even after clearing cache, cookies, and browser history.
Solution
If you typically use Enterprise Hub, make sure you're using a local tenant-level employee profile instead of an Enterprise Hub-level user account.
Clear your browser cache, cookies, and history.
Go to your browser settings. Select the option to clear browsing data. Choose "All time" for the time range. Select cache, cookies, and history. Click "Clear data".
Use incognito mode.
Open a new incognito window in your browser. Log in to ServiceTitan. Try accessing the Angi Leads Integration page.
Try a different browser.
Open a different web browser. Log in to ServiceTitan. Attempt to access the Angi Leads Integration page.
Restart your computer.
Check your permissions.
Ensure you have the correct permissions to access the Angi Leads Integration. Contact your system administrator if unsure.
Accept the agreement.
Go to the Angi Leads Integration page. Look for an agreement page. If present, read and accept the agreement.
Refresh the page.
After accepting the agreement, refresh the ServiceTitan page. Look for a "Finish Editing" option.
Log out and log back in.
Try a different user account.
If possible, ask a colleague to log in. Have them attempt to access the Angi Leads Integration page.
