Problem

Activation emails fail to send when adding new employees in Enterprise Hub even though the system shows Invite sent.

Solution

  1. Contact ServiceTitan Technical Support to check if the employee's email is on the bounce list.

  2. Ask support to remove the email address from the bounce list.

  3. Go to your email server settings.

  4. Add ServiceTitan's domain to your email whitelist.

  5. Follow your email provider's instructions to whitelist domains.

  6. Test sending the activation email again in Enterprise Hub.
