You can refine audiences and messaging through natural language, launch campaigns, and ask Atlas how they are performing.

Who uses this feature

  • Marketing managers, business owners, and other marketers on your team

  • Applies to all business types

  • Applies to all trades

Feature configuration

  • To get started with Marketing Pro, request a demo on our Pro Products page, or reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Pro Account Manager (PAM).

Things to know

  • Atlas is powered by Titan Intelligence (TI). It may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated responses. Verify details before acting and don't treat it as professional advice. Your conversations may be stored to improve the service. Avoid sharing sensitive information.
By using Atlas, you agree to use this feature responsibly, and further acknowledge and agree that any data collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and may be shared with third-party service providers.

  • Atlas analyzes your customer data, including unsold estimates, inactive customer lists, expiring memberships, past-due invoices, and campaign performance, to identify missed revenue opportunities. Recommendations are ranked by revenue signals when they exist, and by audience size so you can focus on the highest-value campaigns first.

  • Atlas recommends Autopilot campaign templates. Some are email only, some are SMS only, and others are multi-step, multi-channel journeys (for example email and text in the same sequence), depending on how each template is built.

  • Atlas sends up to one high-priority recommendation notification per day. Notifications expire after a few days to keep recommendations current. To stop receiving notifications, tell Atlas in the chat. For example, say Stop sending me notifications. To resume, say Please notify me again. See Manage recommendation notifications for details.

Best practices

  • Start with the Atlas recommendations panel in Campaign Manager to see your highest-impact opportunities before browsing templates.

Note: This feature is only available for Marketing Pro v2.

  • Use quickstart prompts in the Autopilot Library to get personalized recommendations fast. Try Start my first campaign or I need more jobs this week.

  • Check back regularly to discover new, ready-to-launch campaigns for your business.

  • Use Atlas to refine campaign audiences in plain language instead of manually building complex segmentation filters. For example, tell Atlas Only send this to residential customers or Exclude anyone who booked a job last week.

Understand current limitations

Knowing Atlas's current limitations upfront will help you focus your feedback and understand when you may need to use the Advanced Editor.

  • Images and subject lines: Atlas cannot change images or subject lines for you. Some images in the template are swappable directly in the editor. Look for the swap icon when hovering over an image. If an image isn't swappable, you'll need to use the Advanced Editor to replace it.

  • Template overrides: If you need to make fundamental changes to the template design, edit the subject line, adjust the message sequence, or replace multiple images, click the Advanced Editor button. This opens the standard Marketing Pro campaign editor, where you can make and save any changes.

Access Atlas

You can access Atlas from four places in Marketing Pro: Campaign Manager, the Autopilot Library, Autopilot campaign editor, and campaign recommendations.

Campaign Manager

When you open Campaign Manager, the Your Campaigns, Supercharged by Atlas panel appears at the top of the page. Atlas displays personalized campaign recommendation cards based on your business data. Each card shows a campaign template preview, an alert description with the audience size, and a Review Campaign button.

Click Review Campaign on any card to review the recommendation and launch it. To see more recommendations or ask a question, click Ask Atlas.

Autopilot Library

In the Autopilot Library, the Recommended Campaigns section includes a text field where you can describe the campaign you want to create. Type a request, such as I want to re-engage inactive customers or Launch a holiday email promotion, and Atlas will generate campaign options for you. You can also click one of the quickstart prompts below the field to get started:

  • Start my first campaign

  • I need more jobs this week

  • Set up my whole marketing plan

To open a full Atlas conversation instead, click Open Atlas in the top right.

Autopilot campaign editor

When viewing an Autopilot campaign, you'll see an Optimize Your Campaign card with the description: Use Atlas to personalize your audience or update campaign content and messaging to better fit your business. Click Edit with Atlas to open the Atlas chat panel on the right side of the editor.

Atlas is aware of the campaign you're viewing and provides tailored quick action buttons. For example, Launch it now or Customize the audience filters. You can also type your own request in the Ask Atlas field at the bottom of the chat.
