Overview
Use the Campaign Manager dashboard to view your marketing campaigns' types, statuses, and other details. You can also take actions to manage your campaign's efficiency.
Make sure you’re viewing the correct Marketing Pro content
This article is for Marketing Pro v2. If you are using Marketing Pro, see Marketing Pro for content specific to your experience.
You can check your version following these steps:
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing
.If the side menu under Analytics includes One-Time Campaigns and Automated Campaigns, you're using Marketing Pro v2. If these options aren't visible, you're using Marketing Pro.

View the Campaign Manager dashboard
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing
.In the side menu, go to Campaigns > Campaign Manager.

On the Campaign Manager dashboard, you can:
Use the Pro Campaigns and Tracking Campaigns tabs to switch between viewing your Pro campaigns and tracking campaigns.
Use the Campaign Status dropdown to filter between active and archived campaigns on the Pro Campaigns tab.
View the following information for each Pro campaign:
Name: Unique name of the campaign.
Account: The Corporate HQ or Offices account that created the campaign.
Delivery Logic: The campaign delivery method—Automated or One-Time—that was used when creating the campaign.
Medium: The channel through which the campaign launched. If more than one channel was used, this shows Multiple.
Status: The status of the campaign, based on its progress from the date it was created. For more, see Understand campaign statuses.
Campaign Type: The type of campaign selected when creating the campaign.
Goal: The goal selected when creating the campaign.
Launch Date: The date the campaign was launched.
Last Modified: The date the campaign was last updated.
View the following information for each tracking campaign:
Name: The unique name of the campaign.
Category: The categories selected when creating the tracking campaign.
Business Unit: The business Units (BUs) selected when creating the tracking campaign. If no BUs are selected, the campaign is associated with all BUs by default.
Advertised Number: The advertised numbers entered for the tracking campaign.
Status: The status of the campaign.
Understand campaign statuses
Pro Campaigns fall under one of five statuses:
Draft: Unfinished and not ready for launch.
Scheduled: Complete and ready for launch. Scheduled campaigns automatically begin on their launch date at 6:00 AM local time unless a different delivery time is entered.
Live: Actively sending marketing content to customers.
Finished: Sent all the associated marketing content.
Stopped: Manually stopped before sending all the associated marketing content.
Tracking campaigns fall under one of two statuses:
Active: The tracking campaign is active and included in your dashboard.
Inactive: The tracking campaign is inactive and not included in your dashboard.
Understand campaign types
When creating a Pro campaign, you'll start by selecting the goal that aligns with your strategy. Your campaign goal can focus on marketing or transactional objectives. For more, see Understand transactional versus marketing messages.
You can choose the following campaign types depending on your goal:
Unsold Estimates: Target customers with open estimates.
Cross-sell Related Services: Reach out to customers with services related to what they've bought from your company in the past and might be interested in later.
Inactive Customers: Follow up with customers who have no recent activity.
Newsletter: Reach out to customers with promotions, announcements, and updates in a monthly newsletter.
Customer Welcome: Reach out to new customers.
Recurring Service: Inform customers of their upcoming and due recurring services.
Campaign details actions
When you click the name of an active campaign, an overview opens. Depending on the status of the campaign, you can click More to edit, clone, or archive the campaign.
Note: If you click a draft campaign, the campaign builder screen opens instead of the overview.
