Dispatch and arrive at a job

Depending on your company's account configuration, timesheets are automatically created when you tap Dispatch and Arrive. The start and end times are based on when you tap an action:

  • When you tap Dispatch, a Driving timesheet is created.

  • When you tap Arrive, the Driving timesheet ends, and a new Working timesheet is created.

  • When you tap Close Out and then tap Pause Appointment or Complete Job/Appointment, the Working timesheet ends. A new Working timesheet is created once the job is unpaused (you'll need to Dispatch and Arrive at the job again).
