Overview
If your office is using Flexible Timekeeping, you can view your created timesheets for the day to check your work. If you have permission for it, you can also edit or delete timesheets, if needed.
Tip: If the video doesn't play in full screen, tap More
then Fit Screen

View timesheets in the Field Mobile App
View your existing timesheets for the day by tapping Time
in the navigation bar.

Timesheets are organized by pay period.
Locked pay periods are shown with a Lock
icon. You can't edit timesheets in a locked pay period.Timesheets and pay periods that contain overtime show the amount of overtime.

Tap Collapse
to collapse a pay period you don't need to view, or tap Expand
to expand a pay period you need to view. 
Track mileage in the Field Mobile App
If your office uses Fleet Pro and has enabled GPS mileage tracking, you can view your mileage in your timesheets.
Note: Before you can view your mileage, your office needs to enable it for the Travel timesheet activity in Settings
> People > Payroll > Edit Timesheet Activities > Edit Travel category.
To view your mileage:
Open the Field Mobile App and tap Time
.Locate the Driving timesheet you want to view.
View your mileage in the Mileage section.

Note: You can't edit your mileage in the Field Mobile App because it's automatically populated from payroll, which receives it from Fleet Pro.
Edit or delete a timesheet in the Field Mobile App
Note: The Allow to edit timesheets permission is required to edit and delete timesheets. Please contact the account administrator on your team.
To edit a timesheet:
On the Timesheets screen, tap a timesheet to open it.
Make any necessary changes.
When finished, tap Save.
If you need to delete the timesheet:
Go back to the Timesheets screen and tap Delete
. 
On the confirmation window that opens, tap Delete.

Track allocated hours in the Field Mobile App
The sum of Sold Hours on the job's invoice items are shown as Allocated Hours in the Field Mobile App. Check your allocated hours to see if your working time is going over or under your budgeted hours.
To view allocated hours:
Open your current job.
Tap the Job tab and scroll to the Allocated Hours section.
The Allocated Hours section shows the sum of Sold Hours on the job's invoice items.
