Overview

After you assign Workstream Leads and complete the Onboarding Discovery process, TitanAdvisor Prepare to Launch guides you through setting up required features and completing the required training in preparation for a successful ServiceTitan launch.

Things to know

  • Prepare to Launch customizes the TitanAdvisor features you need to complete based on the details you entered during the Onboarding Discovery process.

  • When you and your workstream leads complete setting up the required TitanAdvisor features and your team completes their ServiceTitan Academy training, you’re ready to launch.

  • Prepare to Launch is only available for users who haven’t gone live yet. Once you’ve gone live, you can still access training features, assign courses, and follow your team’s training progress

  • After your account goes live, TitanAdvisor continues to personalize feature recommendations to help grow your business and achieve ServiceTitan mastery. For more, see TitanAdvisor overview.

  • Users are auto-enrolled into ServiceTitan Academy courses based on their company position. It can be set or updated in employee and technician settings as soon as they are created or roles are updated. This determines what courses appear in the training views and the % tracking.

Open Prepare to Launch

After you assign Workstream Leads and complete the Onboarding Discovery process, you’ll be guided through how Prepare to Launch works when you open it for the first time.

Click Next to make your way through the tutorial. 

To open Prepare to Launch from the main ServiceTitan screen, click the badge or click the TitanAdvisor icon in the navigation bar.

Workstreams

The Workstreams section shows you the workstreams you’ll be responsible for setting up. Hover over each workstream to learn more about it.

Edit Workstream Leads

If you need to make changes to who is assigned to a workstream, you can edit the assigned workstream leads.

Note: Only TitanAdvisor administrators can edit workstream leads.

  1. Click Workstream Settings.

  2. On the Settings screen that opens, click Edit  next to the workstream you want to change the lead for. 

  3. From the dropdown menu, select an employee you want to serve as the new lead. Then click  . The employee you selected will now be responsible for setting up that workstream.

Company Progress

The Company Progress section shows your company’s overall progress, which includes all workstream setup tasks and all company-wide training progress. It gives you an overall view of how well you’re progressing through your Prepare to Learn setup and training.

View Workstream progress

The Workstream section under Company Progress shows the progress of workstreams assigned to you as well as those assigned to other Workstream Leads. This helps Workstream Leads see who has setup tasks that are past due.

Click to expand each section to see a breakdown of the workstream progress, which will help you easily determine which workstreams need attention. 

Go live

The Go Live section shows the date your account is scheduled to go live.

Click View Journey to see more details about the different TitanAdvisor stages. Hover over each stage to see a description.

Assignments and items due

The Assignments section shows important items, such as setup tasks or training, that you need to focus on. Past-due items are listed first, and additional items are grouped by their due date. 

Tip: You can view the assignments on a calendar instead of a list view. Click to change the view.

Click on a task to open it. Setup tasks will walk you through the steps needed to complete setup, and training tasks will open the training course for you to complete.

Implementation Specialist and Upcoming Events

This section lists your implementation specialist and their contact information. You can also schedule a meeting with them by clicking Book 1:1 Meeting.

Track training progress

Before your go-live date and after completing TitanAdvisor features, make sure your office employees and technicians complete their ServiceTitan Academy training. Individuals are enrolled in courses based on their company role.

You can view your training progress and all the courses you’re enrolled in within ServiceTitan, without leaving ServiceTitan or navigating through Academy. When you click a lesson, it opens Academy directly. 

Note: Status and progress data for training updates every five minutes.

To track your or your team’s training progress:

  1. Click Team Training or My Training.

  2. Review your progress and the courses you’re taking.

  4. To manage enrollments for any user on the team, click Manage Courses.

  5. ServiceTitan Academy opens, where you can view and manage your courses.
