This report allows you to review your TitanAdvisor checkpoint and feature history. Use this report to view which checkpoints or features your employees have passed in their TitanAdvisor journey.

Each row in the report shows a TitanAdvisor checkpoint on a particular date. If you run the report for a single date, the report displays a row for every checkpoint.
Features display multiple times on the report, once for each checkpoint per date.
If you’re unsure which columns you want to include in your report, use the Reporting Dictionary to search for appropriate data fields.
You can use this template to create as many custom reports as you need. Each report created from the template is independent and can be run or scheduled without needing to recreate it from the original template.
Create a TitanAdvisor Checkpoints report
Follow the steps to create a custom report based on the TitanAdvisor Checkpoints report template and select the columns to include in your report.
The template has the following columns selected by default:
Date: The date that applies to this row of TitanAdvisor data.
Feature Name: Name of the feature recommendation as it appears in TitanAdvisor.
Feature Earned Points: Number of points earned for the feature on the given date.
Feature Available Points: Total number of points that can be earned for the feature.
Feature Remaining Points: Total number of points remaining to earn for the feature.
Feature Status: Status of the feature (Not Started, In Progress, Completed, Ready to Use, Poor, OK, Great).
Section Name: The business section in TitanAdvisor that the feature and its checkpoints belong to (Fundamentals, Lead Generation, Job Booking & Dispatching, Selling & Performing Work, Pricebook, Purchasing & Inventory, Accounting, Payroll & Admin).
Note: Fundamentals only appears if you are still in the Prepare to Launch stage of TitanAdvisor.
Checkpoint Name: Name of the checkpoint as it appears in TitanAdvisor.
Checkpoint Earned Points: Number of points earned for the checkpoint.
Checkpoint Available Points: Total number of points that can be earned for the checkpoint.
Checkpoint Remaining Points: Total number of points remaining to earn for the checkpoint.
Checkpoint Status: Status of the checkpoint (Incomplete, Completed, Poor, OK, Great).
Checkpoint Type: Type of checkpoint (Usage, Setup).
Stage: The stage the feature belongs to.
Primary Business Goal: The primary business goal for the feature.
Secondary Business Goal: The secondary business goal for the feature.
Customer Types: Which types of customer this feature applies to.
Required: Whether the feature is required (Y/N).
Checkpoint Threshold - OK: The success criteria threshold that is needed to be considered OK for the particular checkpoint. If it is a setup checkpoint, Pass or Fail displays. If it is a usage checkpoint, the value of the threshold displays.
For example, if we measure the number of times you click a specific button and assign points based on the number clicked (1 point if clicked once in the last 30 days, 3 points if clicked at least 30 times in the past 30 days), this column displays the value of the second threshold. If there is only one threshold, N/A displays.Checkpoint Threshold - Great: The success criteria threshold that is needed to be considered great for the particular checkpoint. If it is a setup checkpoint, Pass or Fail displays. If it is a usage checkpoint, the value of the threshold displays.
For example, if we measure the number of times you click a specific button and assign points based on the number clicked (1 point if clicked once in the last 30 days, 3 points if clicked at least 30 times in the past 30 days), this column displays the value of the second threshold. If there is only one threshold, the value of the threshold displays.Checkpoint Result (Actual): The checkpoint result. If it is a setup checkpoint, Pass or Fail displays. If it is a usage checkpoint, the value of the checkpoint on the date corresponding with the row displays.
Run a report
1. Click the From - To field to set date filters. You can:
Use the calendar to select a specific date range and then click Apply.

Use the left menu to select a preset date range:
Today: From 12:00 AM to the current time.
Yesterday: Previous day, from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
This Week: From Monday through Sunday of the current week.
Week to Date: From Monday through the current date of the current week.
Last 7 Days: Previous seven days, including today.
Last 14 Days: Previous 14 days, including today.
Last 30 Days: Previous 30 days, including today.
Month to Date: From the first of the current month to the current day.
Last Month: Entire month before the current month. For example, if the date is February 5, the entire month of January.
Last 90 Days: Previous 90 days, including today.
This Quarter: Current quarter, including future dates. For example, if the date is April 25, from April 1 - June 30.
Last Quarter: Entire quarter before the current quarter. For example, if the date is April 25, from January 1 - March 31.
Quarter to Date: From the first day of the current quarter to the current day.
Year to Date: From January 1 of the current year to the current day.
Last 365 Days: Previous 365 days, including today.
Last Year: From January 1 of the previous year to December 31.
2. Select additional filters for the report:
Use the optional Section field to filter your report by TitanAdvisor business section. You can select an individual section or use All to view all sections.
Use the optional Feature field to filter your report by Feature Name. You can select an individual feature or use All to view all features.
Use the Feature Status field to filter your report by the status of the feature in TitanAdvisor. You can select an individual status or use All to view all statuses.
Use the Stage field to filter your report by the stage the feature belongs to.
Use the Primary Business Goal field to filter your report by the primary business goal the feature affects.
Use the Customer Type field to filter your report by the customer types the feature applies to.
Use the Required field to filter your report by whether the feature is required.
Use the Checkpoint Status field to filter your report by the status of the checkpoint in TitanAdvisor. You can select an individual status or use All to view all statuses.
Use the Checkpoint Type field to filter your report by the type of checkpoint.

3. When you’re done setting the filters for the report, click Run Report.
