Overview
With TitanAdvisor Training Mode, all new office employees are required to complete basic training courses before they can freely navigate ServiceTitan. This ensures that each new employee receives foundational knowledge that is critical to their role.

Things to know
If you are a new employee and require access to ServiceTitan before completing your required training, a TitanAdvisor Admin from your company can bypass training mode for you.
Employees who are enrolled in multiple curricula only need to complete the first enrolled curriculum to unlock Training Mode and access ServiceTitan.
The curricula you are enrolled in is automatically assigned to you based on your company position(s).
Best practices
While you only need to complete the first enrolled curriculum to access ServiceTitan, you should always return to TitanAdvisor to complete your training. This ensures that you have the necessary training for your role.
Access Training Mode
If this is your first time using ServiceTitan, you’re greeted with a Welcome screen. Click Let’s Get Started to access Training Mode.
Training Mode opens, displaying your required curriculum. You’re automatically assigned courses related to your role within your company. You must complete at least one curriculum to gain full access to ServiceTitan. Click Start Course to begin.
The course opens inside ServiceTitan. You can use the left navigation menu to switch to a new lesson in the course, or you can use the Next button below the course to move to the next lesson.
When you’ve finished the lessons, click the Assessment to take the final assessment for the course. There may be multiple assessments.
Note: The Assessment section displays only when there are assessments available for the course.
When the assessment is complete, you’re returned to the main TitanAdvisor screen. A message displays letting you know you’ve completed the training basics and now have full access to ServiceTitan. Click Got it to confirm.
After you’ve finished your required training courses, you can return to TitanAdvisor at any time to complete additional training courses. To do this, click the TitanAdvisor 
icon in the top toolbar. This helps you maximize your success with ServiceTitan.
