The requisition status is set to Procured and the item status is set to Fulfilled.
Note: If some items are procured from inventory locations and others from vendors, the items procured from the inventory location will be marked as Fulfilled, and the items procured from vendors will be marked as In Progress. The requisition itself will be marked In fulfillment as there are items that are still pending and need to be procured from the vendor through PO.

The system auto-generates accurate invoice costs based on SKU quantities in Service Requisitions. The requisition is under the Fulfilled tab and the item is placed on hold until you complete the invoice closeout for the item or you cancel the requisition.
